There were 118 Jeeps from around the state parked at Lost Woods Park in Kohler on July 16 for a Jeep show that raised several thousand dollars to benefit Truman Jingst, a six-year-old Kohler boy who has been undergoing Leukemia treatments since January. Treatments are expected to last three years.
The Jingst family along with members of the Wisconsin Jeep Owners Group, Kohler Fire Department, Sheboygan Moose Lodge, and others who helped organize the event, which raised several thousand.
The Jingst family along with the Fond du lac Freedom Jeepers Group, who raised $2,000 from their own fundraiser. They presented The Jingsts with a check and gift basket.
